a Customer Service Representative/Logistics Coordinator. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. This role involves managing customer inquiries and orders while coordinating with our logistics team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Assist customers with product information, order placement, order tracking, and issue resolution.
3. Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate the shipment of orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
5. Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers as needed.
6. Investigate and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, shipping, or delivery.
7. Provide exceptional customer service by going above and beyond to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
8. Work closely with other departments such as sales, warehouse, and finance to address customer inquiries and concerns.
9. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding high standards of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
6. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order processing.
7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.
8. Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
9. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work.
10. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service or logistics is a plus.
