- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of three (3) years airline experience in an airport customer service, ground service, and/or operational role required
- Minimum of two (2) years of baggage service experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills with functional knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Net Tracer experienceHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of ACS standards
- Experience in regulatory compliance for the Baggage Services Division
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to serve as a liaison between baggage service and other areas of the company
