In this role you will represent Starbucks brand in our base business, in partnership with Nestlé. Your role is to leverage consumption data (Circana) to deeply understand the business dynamics at play within our CPG business.

As a Brand Manager I, You Will

  • Manage the monthly and quarterly reporting processes that feed into our investor updates
  • Ensure the clarity of our monthly business reporting storylines are clear and digestible up through executive levels
  • Present our monthly and quarterly reporting to our VP and SVP
  • Manage our strategic relationship with Circana
  • Identify, plan and complete strategic perspectives on challenges and opportunities across the business
  • Leverage data beyond consumption, including consumer insights, financial data and other industry data sets
  • Manage the work of two partners – one from Circana and one internal resource
  • Enjoy working with a collaborative, dynamic, and results-driven team

We’d Love To Hear From People With

  • Progressive experience in CPG data analysis, 5-8 years
  • Leadership in a cross-functional environment, 2-3 years
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Progressive experience leading strategic founded in CPG data
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadline
  • CPG experience preferred
  • MBA preferred
