Position Overview

As the Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting and educating patients who are monitored by Vector. You’ll be a resource for both clinics and patients in updating patient information and statuses, and ensuring patients are connected to their monitors. You’ll hit the ground running and have an immediate opportunity to make a big impact.

Responsibilities

● Provide patient education for the understanding of Vector monitoring.

● Communicate with clinics regarding patient status and requests for additional information.

● Promptly, and appropriately answer phone calls and return voicemails, providing assistance to patients and clinics.

● Ensure that patient outreach is timely and professional.

● Maintain knowledge of cardiac monitors to enroll patients and set schedules based on the clinic’s specifications.

● Communicate with the clinic or implanting representative when additional information is needed to complete internal clinic requests.

● Oversee documentation of applicable details related to patients.

● Manage a variety of administrative functions; including updating patient status and information, and documenting call actions for follow-up.

● Deliver excellent customer service.

● Participate in weekly Support Team meetings.

● Maintain a high level of compassion and patience.

● Other duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate

● You are highly compassionate with a high level of patience. You have a desire to deliver excellent customer service to clinics and patients and are able to multitask and prioritize duties.

Education and Experience

● Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service

● Proficient in Windows, and Mac operating systems

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

● Time management skills

● Interpersonal skills: communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision making

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
