Job Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
