Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Channel Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing our paid and organic marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
  • Oversee the production and optimization of email marketing campaigns through CRM Hubspot, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies and budgets.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of media buying, negotiating ad placements and costs to maximize ROI.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to test different creatives, headlines, and content to improve campaign performance.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and standards.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing, with a focus on paid/organic channels.
  • Excels in using Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, and CRM HubSpot.
  • Basic understanding of programming for email marketing, with the ability to create and optimize email campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data analysis tools to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, organization and collaboration skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience in media buying.
