s a Remote Chat Support Representative at Apple, based in Columbus, Ohio, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role.

 

Responsibilities: –

Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly via chat – Provide accurate and detailed information on Apple products and services – Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers – Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution – Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times – Meet or exceed performance goals for response times and customer satisfaction

 

Requirements: –
