HK Consultancy is seeking enthusiastic and motivated new graduates to join our team as Business Development Associates. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the growth and success of our consultancy services. You will work closely with the business development team to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Assist in the creation and execution of business development strategies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
• Track and report on the progress of business development activities and client interactions.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company presence and reach.
• Support senior team members in various business development tasks and projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of business development principles and sales strategies.

Experience:

• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Internship experience in a business development or sales role is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position.
• Standard business hours (9 AM – 5 PM), Monday to Friday.
• Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for events or client meetings.
