As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our customers. • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer complaints or issues

Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with CRM systems and support software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
