About Walmart US E2E Facilities Services Finance
Walmart’s US E2E Facilities Services Finance & Strategy Team is hiring a Senior Finance Manager to support our innovations in Facilities Services Finance for our Regional Networks of Walmart US Retail Stores. You’ll work with finance and business leadership on financial planning for Walmart US Stores and related facilities across our massive national footprint. Reporting to the Director of E2E Finance & Strategy, you’ll work with CapEx and OpEX spend with a main focus on store repairs, renovations, and remodels to refine financial planning for Walmart US Retail Stores Facilities Services. You will rely on your strategic finance skills, data visualization, storytelling, and insights to solve complex financial problems. You’ll work on case development for projects with senior Finance leadership in real estate, facilities, and related new business ventures. How you’ll make an impact:
- Develop Comprehensive Budgets and Forecasts for facilities renovations and remodels by supporting priorities and providing a forward-looking lens for the business
- Analyze Financial Performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for monetization
- Provide Guidance to facilities services leadership in financial decisions
- Develop Strategic Financial Models and Tools to facilitate decision-making and improve operational efficiency
- Present Financial Reports to senior management and other partners
- Manage Financial Aspects of vendor contracts and agreements
- Collaborate With Other Departments and External Partners to ensure accurate financial analysis
- Develop Talent and Leadership to attract new people and build our workforce, while promoting a positive environment for team members to grow
What you’ll bring:
- You have 6+ years of financial planning or finance strategy support for major business operations within a large corporate environment or management consulting firm.
- You have finance experience with Retail Operations, Real Estate and Facilities Supply Chain Planning, Labor Planning, Inventory, Online Ordering, for Revenue Growth Forecasting, Annual Operating Plan, Long Range Plans with a retail chain or large firm preferably with physical or public locations.
- You have experience building teams and managing people.
- You can manage process improvement and the standardization of financial models.
- You have experience developing scorecards, dashboards and clear financial metrics.
- You excel at presenting financial cases to partners and senior-level management.
