The Bookable Experiences Logistics Team develops and supports dining bookable Products and Non-Dining Experiences by orchestrating the build-to-launch process for all Walt Disney World and Disneyland bookable products including table service restaurants, dining events, activities, and merchandise experiences.

As a Bookable Experiences Logistics Analyst, you will play a vital role in our dynamic, diverse, and collaborative environment. A successful Analyst embodies analytical skills, resourcefulness, intellectual curiosity, teamwork, and the ability to work autonomously within tight timelines. Expeditiously improving the Disney value proposition for our Guests, Cast, and Shareholders through collaborative partnerships that deliver innovative and optimal business processes.

What You Will Do

Using multiple bookable content management tools such as D-Scribe, OpSheet, and AVAIL SE applications, which serve as the primary systems of record for Guest and Cast information, your role involves coordinating, building, sustaining, and validating all bookable products across diverse categories for multiple partners. This encompasses generating content for meal periods, establishing policies, managing product associations, sustaining pricing and related content, incorporating add-on products, applying membership discounts, organizing schedules, and more.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Demonstrated robust system skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Proven knowledge of Walt Disney World Food & Beverage line of business
  • Demonstrated self-starter, with strong strategic aptitude, clear thinking and communicating, and great decision-making
  • Strong attention to detail, with an ability to take a step back and understand the bigger picture
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of complex processes and the ability to map and document them
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including non-typical hours based on business needs
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while managing multiple and changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, Finance, Economics, Revenue Management related field, or equivalent
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of Food and Beverage Revenue Management processes, procedures, and controls
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet, Business Objects, Tableau, and Snowflake
  • Proven knowledge of Walt Disney World Food & Beverage line of business
  • Proven experience with D-Scribe Content Management Application, and OpSheet scheduling application
