Our Spa Specialists take the lead and deliver a wide range of services ensuring guests enjoy their experience.

Whether it is promoting spa services or retail sales, scheduling reservations and confirming appointments, answering questions about services, registering guests, or processing payments, the Spa Specialist makes these transactions a positive part of the experience.

No matter your position, there are a number of fundamental things that support success – creating a safe workspace; follow company policies and procedures, maintain quality standards, and ensure your uniform, personal appearance, and communication are professional at all times.

The Spa Specialist will always be on the go (she stands, sits, walks for long periods on uneven and slippery surfaces); taking an active role, (must be able to move, lift, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance and 25 pounds with assistance; reach above and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, and duck).

Doing all tasks to the best of their ability (and other reasonable tasks requested), it is critical that Spa Specialists get things right for guests and the business every time.
