KKR is seeking a dynamic and energetic Account Support Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. This is a full-time remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. As an Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients while managing key accounts and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of client initiatives.
4. Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for account growth.
5. Develop and present regular reports and updates to clients on account performance and progress.
6. Proactively identify potential issues and develop strategies to address them before they escalate.
7. Contribute to the development of account management best practices and processes.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
9. Participate in company-sponsored training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
3. Excellent research and analytical skills to gather and interpret data for decision-making.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and driving business growth.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
