-Manage multiple properties -Make sure guests are set up for move in and move out procedures -Adjust rates depending on season, local events (market the space) -Coordinate with cleaning vendors, maintenance venders, landscaping vendors Ect -Have a great eye for attention to detail when conducting on site and regular inspections -Keep inventory of items provided.
If items are missing or broken report damage and charge guests.
-Be able to add more airBNB properties to manage and grow the business Be able to have a positive/ professional relationship with property owners -Have an idea on interior design and be able to keep furniture updated with current trends.
Also be able to replace if broken -24/7 to provide guest support and troubleshoot remote -Valid driver’s license -Reliable car that will allow for travel time.
