Approach all conflict with active listening and compassion</li>rn</ul>rn<strong>Responsibilitiesrnrn</strong><strong>Your Responsibilities:rnrn</strong>rn<ul>rn t<li>Help manage a team of PPC specialists to optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns across search, display, and video advertising.</li>rn t<li>Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to PPC team and Client Service team</li>rn t<li>Develop and implement testing strategies to improve campaign performance and ROI.</li>rn t<li>Lead bi-weekly reviews to help clients better understand their ad performance.</li>rn t<li>Participate in quarterly business reviews to help clients better understand their ad performance.</li>rn t<li>Collaborate with development team to help develop our internal analytics software, myHorizons</li>rn t<li>Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Amazon Advertising and ecommerce.</li>rn</ul>rn<strong>What You Bring to the Table:rnrn</strong>rn<ul>rn t<li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.</li>rn t<li>2+ years of experience direct experience managing digital Advertiser accounts (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and/or Amazon Ads)</li>rn t<li>1+ year of DSP media experience</li>rn t<li>Bonus – Amazon Ads experience</li>rn t<li>At least 3 years of people management experience</li>rn t<li>Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.</li>rn t<li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li>rn t<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>rn t<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li>rn t<li>Amazon Advertising certification is a plus.</li>rn</ul>rn<strong>Requirementsrnrn</strong>Are you authorized to work in the US without sponsorship?rnrnDo you have at least 1 year of experience in DSP media?rnrnDo you have 2+ years' experience managing Amazon, Google, and/or Facebook Advertising accounts?rnrnDo you have at least 2 years' experience managing a team?rnrn<strong>Equal Opportunity Employerrnrn</strong>Envision Horizons is committed to building an inclusive environment for people of all backgrounds and everyone is encouraged to apply.
