As an Apple Home Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. This remote, part-time position is based in Canada and offers a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while helping customers with their Apple products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and technical support to Apple customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Apple products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with Apple products and services.
  • Previous customer service or technical support experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates (English and French) are highly desirable.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service or technical support experience.
  • Experience working with Apple products and troubleshooting technical issues is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Part-time position with flexible hours.
