What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Assist in the implementation of Cybersecurity and Digital Risk programs to protect the airline and its customers

– Support daily tasks for cybersecurity programs including incident response, application cybersecurity, and vulnerability management

– Conduct cybersecurity threat assessments and assist with documentation updates

– Collaborate with digital technology teams and external partners to enhance security solutions

– Communicate cybersecurity concepts and metrics effectively to various audiences

What is Required (Qualifications):

– Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree

– Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all management levels

– Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

– Education or training in STEM or Cybersecurity

– 2+ years of related experience in cybersecurity

– Security+ certification

– Moderate programming skills

– Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and network design
