This role involves a range of marketing responsibilities including developing our social media output and handling day to day social media activity (including content and design) across all channels. You will also be supporting the sales and marketing team, as well as helping our customers and assisting with general administration activities.

You will have room to grow, develop new skills and take on more responsibility within a short time frame.

 

Main tasks

  • Design engaging, fun, professional and relevant content across all social media channels
  • Work in collaboration to research and develop content ideas
  • Assist with sales and marketing output, including Amazon sales campaigns and analysis
  • Demonstrate an excellent understanding of our products
  • Attend exhibitions to promote our products where appropriate

Other tasks

  • Assist with software and product development and testing

Essential person expectations

  • Fluent English speaker with excellent communications skills
  • Experience with design applications such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Photoshop and Canva
  • Excellent grasp of all social media platforms and scheduling apps
  • Competence in the use of Windows and/or macOS operating systems, Google sheets/docs, Slack and Trello experience will be an advantage
  • Ability to learn and work with new applications very quickly
  • Capable of independent problem solving and taking the initiative
  • Personable, adaptable, self-motivated, cheerful and enthusiastic
  • Punctual to work and able to work to deadlines
