Responsibilities: –

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention – Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions – Monitor key performance metrics to track client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement – Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients – Provide guidance and support to junior team members to help them meet their goals – Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client service delivery

Requirements: –

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field – 7+ years of experience in client service management – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail – Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships – Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
