Clinical Nurse Coordinator

In this role, you will contribute to running a Medication Clinic and act as a case manager, ensuring the best possible care for our clients. With a Monday-Friday schedule and a rotating weekend schedule (if needed), this position offers a great work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate medication clinics
• Assist in other clinics and regions as needed
• Review medication education forms and refill needs
• Complete all required documents for medication clinics and psychiatric consultation
• Administer IM medication and dispense samples
• Assist with Prior Authorizations and medication orders
• Complete vital signs and coordinate pre-diabetes screening when necessary
• Utilize computer skills effectively

Requirements

• High School/GED degree required
• Associate/Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
• GPN, LPN, GN or RN licensure/certification required, with MO NCLEX exam passed within 90 days of graduation
