In this role, you will contribute to running a Medication Clinic and act as a case manager, ensuring the best possible care for our clients. With a Monday-Friday schedule and a rotating weekend schedule (if needed), this position offers a great work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate medication clinics
- Assist in other clinics and regions as needed
- Review medication education forms and refill needs
- Complete all required documents for medication clinics and psychiatric consultation
- Administer IM medication and dispense samples
- Assist with Prior Authorizations and medication orders
- Complete vital signs and coordinate pre-diabetes screening when necessary
- Utilize computer skills effectively
Requirements
- High School/GED degree required
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
- GPN, LPN, GN or RN licensure/certification required, with MO NCLEX exam passed within 90 days of graduation
