The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service / Data Entry Representative to join our remote team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support and ensuring accurate and timely data entry. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Accurately enter and update customer information into our database.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain and manage customer records with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and data analysis as required.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain data security and confidentiality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or data entry is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service and data entry roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or data entry position.
  • Experience working in a remote environment is preferred but not required.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position.
  • Flexible working hours with the requirement to be available during core business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
