Job Summary:Wayfair is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Service Representative / Data Entry specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems.   • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Accurately enter customer orders, returns, and exchanges into our database

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, policies, and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:
