Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)

U-Haul seeks full-time Customer Service Representatives to join its team. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, reservations, and concerns via phone, chat, or email. Representatives provide exceptional service, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to multitask effectively. What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
– Utilize smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory
– Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment on the lot
– Educate customers on products and services offered
– Perform additional duties as assigned and participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University

What is Required (Qualifications):
– Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
– High school diploma or equivalent

– 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
