Job Title: Customer Service Specialist (Remote)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, while also identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members as necessary
Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide informed solutions to customers
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes

Requirements:
1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to meet productivity and quality standards
Familiarity with CRM systems and software preferred
Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
