Customer Service Specialist – Work from home

Job Description:

Tesla is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to work from home in Austin, Texas. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required but at least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred. The ideal candidate for this role should be energetic, and confident with strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
2. Assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.
3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Keeping up-to-date with Tesla products and services.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
