Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and spreadsheets to support the team’s projects and initiatives.
Coordinate and collaborate with other Virtual Assistants and departments to ensure seamless communication and information flow.
Undertake various research tasks, gathering relevant data, and providing insights to support decision-making processes.
Assist with project management tasks, tracking progress, deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
