What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Lead the Digital Experience Support team to enhance e-commerce business processes and maximize guest satisfaction
– Monitor digital order pipelines and resolve technical and process issues impacting guest experience
– Collaborate with cross-functional partners to analyze issues and drive improvements in guest experience
– Conduct strategic conversations to address business-critical issues and guide decision-making
– Foster a culture of engagement and development within a diverse global team

What is Required (Qualifications):
– Four-year college degree
– 8+ years of relevant experience in Digital or cross-functional partner groups
– Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
– Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
– Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at both strategic and operational levels
