What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

– Review Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins for applicability to Frontier’s fleet
– Provide engineering support for Line and Heavy Maintenance
– Evaluate and determine disposition of BER parts
– Conduct research and data collection for engineering documents
– Minimize costs and aircraft out-of-service time

What is Required (Qualifications):

– Engineering degree preferred; FAA Mechanic certificate with Airframe and Power plant ratings accepted
– Minimum of 1 year experience in a 121 airline environment or comparable maintenance experience
– Familiarity with Time Controlled Parts, Reliability Programs, FARs, and Manufacturers Documentation
– Excellent communication skills and technical writing abilities
– Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

– Experience in Technical Services or Engineering department in an airline environment
– Knowledge of Maintenance Manuals, IPC’s, Troubleshooting Manuals, and Aircraft Drawings
