Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven and highly analytical Facebook / Google Paid Media Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid social and search advertising, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and YouTube. You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns for a niche set of clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads.
  • Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage budgets, bid strategies, ad placements, and targeting options to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Create compelling ad creatives and write ad copy that resonates with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the account management team to develop and refine client-specific paid media strategies.
  • Continuously test new ad formats, targeting options, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor industry trends and platform updates to ensure our clients leverage the latest best practices.
  • Provide detailed and accurate reports to clients and internal stakeholders on campaign performance.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing Facebook, and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of paid social and search advertising best practices and strategies.
  • Proficient in using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in other ad platforms is a plus e.g. Tiktok, Native Ads, Rumble.com
  • He has demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret large datasets to drive campaign optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
