In this role, you will play a crucial part in our fulfillment process, ensuring that customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks, including receiving, storing, and shipping products within our state-of-the-art warehouse facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and fill orders from stock.
- Pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer.
- Assist in counting physical inventory.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized daily.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory software and systems.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided to all new hires.
Working Hours:
- Full-time positions with varying shifts.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Overtime may be required during peak seasons.
