  • lead 360 go-to-market (GTM) initiatives across all brand channels, including retail, digital, social, influencer, and PR.
  • oversee the global GTM calendar, working with channel partners to ensure coordinated, cohesive execution and communication across all channels.
  • partner with Digital team on DTC campaign calendar, promotional strategy, and product merchandising based on seasonal trend and global GTM.
  • oversee retail marketing strategy and execution, in partnership with Retail and trade marketing teams.
  • in tandem with Director, Global Brand, lead product merchandising and core hero strategy across all channels.
  • strategize and execute key brand marketing initiatives, including pop-up events, branded merchandise, and cross-channel campaigns, to grow brand and product awareness.
  • recruit, brief, and manage top tier third party agencies and creators to drive marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • work closely with Specialist to ensure monthly data and insights are captured and shared in an actionable way.

 

qualifications:

  • at least 5-7 years of relevant work experience; previous beauty brand role a plus.
  • experience bringing multi-channel campaigns to life.
  • team player with a high aptitude for project management and prioritization.
  • an eye for detail.
  • a passion for beauty products and innovative brand marketing.
