Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Independent Travel Agent, and a Disney Specialist. As a Disney Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning their Disney vacations, providing exceptional customer service, making reservations for hotels, flights, and car rentals, and creating customized travel itineraries. You will also be responsible for promoting and selling Disney vacation packages and other travel arrangements.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in reservations, customer service, and travel arrangements
  • Knowledge of Disney destinations and expertise in planning Disney vacations
  • Sales and marketing skills to promote and sell vacation packages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience with car rental bookings is a plus
  • Previous experience as a travel agent or in the travel industry is beneficial
