Requirements :

    • 2 years of experience in customer service or sales
    • Exceptional multitasking skills to handle various communication channels
    • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred

 

Responsibilities :

    • Assist customers with navigating our website, placing orders, and troubleshooting
    • Provide knowledgeable assistance on products, pricing, and availability
    • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
