Additional Information

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends or evenings based on demand.
  • Work Environment: Primarily office-based with the potential for some remote work after an initial training period.
  • Team Structure: You will be part of a dynamic IT support team reporting to the Help Desk Manager.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role or a call center environment.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with Windows and Mac OS environments.
  • Experience with help desk software and remote support tools.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and common enterprise applications.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Patience and professionalism in handling difficult situations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a high-volume call center.
  • Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of enterprise systems, databases, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
