You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to both internal teams and external clients, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to ensure optimal performance of hardware, software, and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
• Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and initiatives.
• Document procedures and processes for IT operations and troubleshooting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT support roles.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

Experience:Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IT support roles.

Working Hours:Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends or after-hours support as needed.
