As an IT Support Engineer at The Elite Job, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth functioning of our clients IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to both internal teams and external clients, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to ensure optimal performance of hardware, software, and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
  • Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and initiatives.
  • Document procedures and processes for IT operations and troubleshooting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support roles.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows and macOS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IT support roles.

Working Hours:Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends or after-hours support as needed.
