Program Marketing Manager role for a Brand Transformation project for Xbox / Microsoft Gaming. This person will work closely with the Xbox Brand Strategy team, and Product Marketing and partner with other design teams to build a cohesive brand architecture, and visual/verbal identity system, and implement, with corresponding and associated guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Managing timelines, project deliverables, and broader team accountabilities.
  • Creating status reports and project updates.
  • Setting agendas and leading v-team meetings.
  • Reviewing brand models, architectures, and creative materials and providing feedback.
  • Partnering with other teams to ensure faithful brand execution in-product, in-device, and in-owned channels.
  • Agency and partner management.

 

Requirements

 

  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing and promoting brand projects.
  • Ability to create organization rigor and precision for an end-to-end brand project.
  • Knowledge of gaming marketing, including games, devices, and subscriptions.
