Job Responsibilities (Paid Social)
- Drive a paid social marketing program to promote awareness of tier 1 employment opportunities in Amazon’s warehouses (fulfillment centers, sort centers, delivery stations, etc…
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta’s Facebook and Instagram paid platforms
- Creatively optimize ad delivery relative to business risk (cost per acquisition) without leveraging 3rd party tracking
- Explore opportunities to diversify social channels, develop and execute onboarding plan
- Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and optimizing delivery to improve performance
- Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work
