Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain OneDrive for Business environments.
  • Ensure integration and interoperability with other Microsoft 365 services, such as SharePoint Online, Teams, and Exchange Online.
  • Implement and manage OneDrive security, compliance, and governance policies.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OneDrive-related issues.
  • Develop and deliver training and documentation for end-users and administrators.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze OneDrive performance and usage metrics, and optimize as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest OneDrive features, updates, and industry trends.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of OneDrive migration projects.
  • Ensure data integrity and backup processes are in place and effective.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Microsoft OneDrive for Business or similar cloud storage solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and tools.
  • Strong understanding of OneDrive architecture, configuration, and best practices.
  • Experience with security and compliance features in Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
