Job Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update metadata for TV shows, movies, and other content into our database.
Verify and correct any discrepancies in titles, descriptions, genres, cast information, release dates, and other relevant details.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and improve data quality processes.
Maintain a high level of productivity while adhering to quality standards and turnaround times.
Assist in identifying trends or patterns in data discrepancies and propose solutions for improvement.
Stay informed about Netflix content and platform updates to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements:
No prior experience in data entry required – we provide comprehensive training!
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
Comfortable navigating multiple software applications and online tools.
Passion for entertainment and familiarity with Netflix’s content library (a plus but not required).
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
