Qualifications

  • Proficient PC keyboarding and internet navigation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in English, with basic technical skills for smartphone and computer applications

Responsibilities

  • As an Online Chat Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in engaging with visitors on our client’s websites through online chat software
  • Your primary responsibility will be to offer prompt and accurate assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and providing support in real-time
  • Reporting to the Online Chat Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Respond promptly to incoming customer live chats, addressing website navigation issues, service inquiries, and general concerns
  • Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
  • Cultivate relationships with new customers to understand and meet their needs effectively
  • Promote interest in client products and services while maintaining professionalism
  • Consistently achieve and uphold established standards of customer service excellence
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team and assist with overflow work as needed
