Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A Master degree is a plus.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
3. PMP Certification: Preferred, but not mandatory.
