are looking for a full-time Remote Chat Support Assistant to join the Tesla team in Houston, Texas. As an Associate Level support assistant, you will be responsible for providing customer service and technical support through chat channels.

This is a remote position, so you will need a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via chat in a timely and professional manner
– Provide accurate and effective support to customers, troubleshooting product or service issues
– Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
– Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the customer experience
– Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
– Stay up-to-date on Tesla products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support
– Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Reliable and adaptable personality traits
– Strong people management skills and the ability to innovate solutions
– High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
