Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop user-friendly dashboards for our cloud-based CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective dashboard designs.
- Ensure dashboards provide meaningful insights and actionable data for end-users.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve dashboard functionality and usability.
- Maintain and update existing dashboards to meet changing business needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in UI/UX design and data visualization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in designing dashboards for cloud-based CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a focus on CRM systems.
- Proven track record of designing effective dashboards that drive business insights.
Working Hours
- Part-time position with flexible hours.
- Approximately 20 hours per week.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex data into easily understandable visual formats.
