Key Responsibilities:

  4. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed electronic health records (EHR) by documenting patient interactions, assessments, interventions, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
  5. Remote Monitoring: Utilize remote monitoring technology to track patient vital signs, symptoms, and health indicators. Respond promptly to alerts and escalate concerns as necessary.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, discuss patient progress, and implement holistic treatment plans.
  7. Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, privacy regulations (such as HIPAA), and organizational policies governing remote healthcare delivery.
  8. Professional Development: Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and advancements in remote nursing practice through ongoing training, continuing education, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Valid RN License: Must hold a current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
  • Clinical Experience: Minimum of [X] years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in areas such as medical-surgical, critical care, or telehealth.
  • Telehealth Skills: Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHR), and remote monitoring technology.

  • Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changing healthcare environments, technologies, and patient populations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Additional certifications such as Certified Telehealth Professional (CTP) or Certified Remote Nurse (CRN) are advantageous but not required.
