What you will be doing:

As a Senior Planning & Engineering Specialist, you will expected to:

  • Manage Material Handling Equipment Maintenance across the site (outsourced)
  • Coordination of Building Maintenance works and statutory compliance (outsourced)
  • Have Strong customer focus
  • Be focused on safety
  • Manage and review contracted KPI’s and agreed SLAs of our contracted partners.
  • Be part of a larger maintenance network, sharing information and experience
  • Have a good understanding of Material Handling Equipment and Building Facilities
  • Raise purchase orders, review invoices track costs within your region
  • Ensure that all PPM’s have been completed to the agreed FedEx standard safely and efficiently.
  • Deliver monthly reviews with key contractors both in person and remotely

What do you bring with you:

  • Maintenance experience both automated and facility 3-5 years
  • Have strong contractor and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to problem-solve
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to plan and carry out tasks without supervision and guidance
  • Have means to travel as and when required
