  • Design and develop innovative and user-friendly interfaces for Netflix’s Member Experience team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
  • Keep up-to-date with current design trends and techniques, and incorporate them into design processes.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
    Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of designs.
  • Create design guidelines and standards to maintain consistency across the platform.
    Use data and insights to continuously improve and iterate on designs.
  • Advocate for the user by identifying and addressing pain points in the member experience.
    Mentor and guide junior designers to foster their growth and development.
  • Stay informed on industry advancements and emerging technologies to bring new and innovative ideas to the team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand image across all design elements.
  • Strive to deliver exceptional and unforgettable experiences for Netflix members through design.
  • Take ownership of projects and see them through from concept to launch.
    Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize the member experience on the platform.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Design, Preferably In A Fast-Paced, Consumer-Focused Environment.

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing Successful And Innovative Products That Have A Positive Impact On User Experience.

  • Strong Portfolio Demonstrating A Variety Of Design Skills, Including User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, And Visual Design.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Present Design Concepts To Stakeholders At All Levels.
