Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations during designated shifts. As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the shift, managing a team of employees, and upholding high standards of customer service.

 

Duties:
– Oversee daily operations to maintain efficiency and quality service
– Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
– Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent shortages
– Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain sanitation standards
– Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and operational systems
– Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly
– Develop strategies to enhance customer service experience and boost sales
– Collaborate with other shift managers and upper management to achieve business objectives
