Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.
- Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via email or chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data in our systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Calendar Management: Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members as needed.
- Document Preparation: Assist in creating and formatting documents, presentations, and reports.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as a liaison between different departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Task Coordination: Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are - achieved.
- Ad Hoc Support: Provide support to various projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
