Job Description
American Express is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports.
- Coordinate and manage virtual meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing necessary materials.
- Assist with special projects and provide administrative support as needed.
- Monitor and respond to emails, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, and managing databases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in a corporate environment is preferred.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position.
- Flexible working hours, but must be available during core business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST).
