Role Overview

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be integral to our sales and marketing team, engaging in daily outreach to enhance lead generation and client communication across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Engagement: Actively manage and interact on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to attract and engage potential clients.
  • Email Communications: Craft and dispatch personalized emails to potential clients to introduce our services and organize meetings or calls.
  • Direct Messaging: Utilize social media and professional networking sites for direct messaging that engages and converts leads into clients.
  • Calls and Texts: Execute follow-up communications, confirm appointments, and maintain client engagement through calls and texts.
  • Performance Tracking: Keep detailed records of outreach activities and analyze the effectiveness of different strategies and campaigns.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in a Virtual Assistant role, preferably with a sales or marketing background.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
